Refund Policy
Full refunds will be issued if the request is received prior to a season
beginning or within 7 days after the season has started. If a refund is
requested after the first 7 days of the season start date, a $20 cancellation
fee will be charged in addition to the price of classes that your child has
already participated in. Please contact us at 707-284-9985 or
lk@nbsportscity.com to make the refund
transaction.
Discounts Multiple Class Per Week Discount:defined by a child who is enrolled in more than one class per week for a
minimum of 8 wks. per class.Participant
will receive $20 off the total of the second class fee. You must register in person or over the phone to receive the
discount. The online registration does not give discounts. Sibling Discount: Siblings are defined as children that
reside in the same household and are under the care of the same
parent/guardian. The sibling discount is $20 off for each child
after the first is "paid in full" for at least 8 weeks of a 12 week
season. Discount only applies when the children are enrolled in the same
season. You
must register in person or over the phone to receive the discount. The
online registration does not give discounts.
