KICKERS PROGRAM POLICIES
TRIAL
CLASSES
All first time trial classes
are free of charge. Customers may
only do trials in classes that have space available. Trial classes are
only for children whom haven't participated in a Lil' Kickers class before.
One free trial class per child.
OPEN ENROLLMENT
The open enrollment
policy for Lil’ Kickers at Sports City Indoor Soccer is defined as being
able to join any Lil’ Kicker class (based on space availability) in
progress, any week you would like for the remainder of the session.
We will no longer offer paying class by class or week by week. For
example, if you are joining the session during week 3, you must submit
payment for weeks 3-12. The
class fee will remain $12 per class.
DISCOUNTS -
The following discounts are
applied one per season:
Multiple Class Per Week Discount:
Defined
by a child who is enrolled in more than one class per week for a minimum of 8
wks. per class. Participant will receive $20 off the total of the second class fee.
You must register in person or over the phone to receive
the discount. The online registration feature does not apply discounts.
Siblings: Siblings are defined as children that reside in the
same household and are under the care of the same parent/guardian. The
sibling discount is $20 off for each child after the first is
"paid in full" for at least 8 weeks out of a 12 week session. Discount
only applies when the children are enrolled in the same session. You
must register in person or over the phone to receive the discount. The
online registration feature does not apply discounts. REGISTRATION
No spaces in any class are
guaranteed without payment. You can join
anytime. All
registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Sports City Membership is required for all participants.
How to Register:
Walk-In Registration or
by phone:
Call us at (707) 526-2884 or go to either facility during facility hours
to register.
Registering On-Line through
MySAM: Use
on-line registration if we have your e-mail address on file. If we don't
have it or if you don't remember which e-mail you used, please contact us at
(707) 526-2884. You can also send us an email to lk@nbsportscity.com
and leave us the child's name, birthday, and email address. Once we enter
it into the system, you will then be all set to use our online registration.
Online registration is available anytime prior to a session starting and through
its first week only. Anytime after the first week of classes, you
will need to register in person or over the phone.
Registering by Mail or Fax: Print form from web site if you
cannot register through MySAM. Go
to www.nbsportscity.com, print form and mail
or fax it in to the number or address on the form.
Lil' Kickers Registration Confirmation:
Registering on-line, in person or over the phone: confirmation is
automatic – your child will be put on a roster. We will only call if a
change needs to be made.
Registering by fax or postal mail: you will receive a call
confirming we have received your registration.
Registering through the parks and rec department: you will be
handed a receipt as confirmation of your enrollment or it will be mailed to you
from them.
LIL' KICKERS REFUND POLICY
Full
refunds will be issued if the request is received prior to a session beginning
or within 7 days after the session has started.
If a
refund is requested after the first 7 days of the session start date, a $20
cancellation fee will be charged in addition to the price of classes that your
child has already participated in.

CHECKING
IN FOR CLASS
Please check your
child in with their coach each day.
TRANSFERS
Customers may transfer their
child at any point in the session. All
class transfers are pending upon space availability.
LIL' KICKERS
MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY
If per chance your child misses a class, you may do a
makeup for that class anytime during the 12 weeks you are signed up for.
You may not do a makeup after the season has ended. Choose
a class that is open and attend at your convenience.
Upon arrival of your makeup class, please
let the coach know that you are there for a makeup. You do not need to call to get approval ahead of time.
PARENTS
ON-SITE POLICY
A parent or guardian of
children 4yrs. and younger must remain on-site at all times during class.
Sports City does not assume the responsibility to supervise / babysit any
siblings or friends of the Lil’ Kickers participant.
PARENTS
DURING CLASS TIME
The
first 10 minutes of each class we have free play.
We invite you to come out and play with your child.
However, at the end of free play, we ask that all parents and siblings
stay off the field until class is over.
Exception… 18-24 mos. Bunnies and 24-36 mos. Thumper classes may have
ONE parent per child out on the field as their partner.
No siblings please, unless they are in a baby carrier.
Free play for Bunnies and Thumper classes is 15 minutes.
CLASS
HOLIDAYS
In the event a holiday falls on a normal class day, participants will not be
charged for that class.
