Individuals
utilizing our facilities do so at their own risk. The property
owners, league operators, referees, owners and staff of Sports City
assume no liability for any injuries or accidents, which may
occur. Please reference Liability/Injury Waiver and Release
Forms and signage posted within the facilities.

Conduct within
the facilities should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship as is on
the field. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL prior to playing. Players
caught under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance will
have their membership suspended or terminated.

Children must be
under adult supervision at all times! Children are not allowed
on the fields or in the player boxes. None-rostered spectators are not
allowed on the fields or in the player boxes at any time.

Please keep
hands and feet off glass, boards and netting.

No gum,
sunflower seeds, chewing tobacco, smoking, or similar type products
are permitted in the facilities.

No food, drinks,
chewing gum, spitting or cleats permitted on the playing surfaces or
player boxes.

No outside food
or beverages (including alcoholic) or pets allowed in facility.

No balls of any
kind allowed in facilities. Sports City will provide all
practice, warm up, and game balls.

No foul,
abusive, racial or derogatory language allowed.

Sports City
reserves the right to refuse play and or service to anyone.
Violations of any rules will result in ejection from facility and loss
of membership.
