YOUTH
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

All
players must be Members of Sports City in order to
play in any leagues. Any new
players need to purchase membership more than 7 days prior to your teams
first game. Players that have had their previous membership expire
need to renew several days prior to their first game. All youth players must
be present at time of renewal or purchasing a membership to take a picture.

membership rates (ages 17 and younger):

- Youth Membership $40 per year
All members are required to submit a certified copy of their birth certificate, CYSA player pass, Medical ID Card (if it contains the date of birth) or a passport for age verification.
Family discount:
3 or more
who sign up for memberships at the same time will receive an additional 10% off
each membership. Not valid with any other discount offer.
