FEES
Sports City accepts credit card or debit card payments only (MasterCard or
Visa). Cash and checks are not accepted.
All teams must carry the minimum roster size required
for the league they will be participating in.
If the minimum number of
players on the roster is not met by the first game the coach will pay the
difference in cost and then get refunded by the new players when they are
picked up. Teams can add players to their roster with payment up through the
6th game.

YOUTH
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
All
players must be Members of Sports City in order to
play in any leagues. Any new
players need to purchase membership more than 10 days prior to your teams
first game. All
new members are required
to show a certified copy of their birth certificate, CYSA player pass, Medical ID Card (if it contains the date of birth) or a
passport for age verification prior to their first game. They will also need to
take a picture at our check in desk at either facility. Players that have had their previous membership expire
need to renew 7 days prior to their first game.
Returning players please renew your membership
online.
Sports City annual youth membership rate is for ages 17 and younger. You can also accept an online waiver in lieu of filling out a hard copy.

Family discount: Family is defined as two parents and one child or one parent and two children or three children who reside in the same household and and are under the care of the same parent/guardian. 3 or more family members who have active membership will receive an additional $5 off each membership at time of purchase. Not valid with any other discount offer. Not available online, must be purchased at the facility.
