Sports City accepts credit card or debit card payments only (MasterCard or Visa). Cash and checks are not accepted.

YOUTH MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

All players must be Members of Sports City in order to play in any leagues.  Any new players need to purchase membership more than 10 days prior to your teams first game. Players must be present at time of purchase to take a picture. All new members are required to submit a certified copy of their birth certificate, CYSA player pass, Medical ID Card (if it contains the date of birth) or a passport for age verification. Players that have had their previous membership expire need to renew 7 days prior to their first game. Renewing your membership can be done online.

• Youth Membership $40 per year

Family discount: Family is defined as two parents and one child or one parent and two children or three children who reside in the same household and and are under the care of the same parent/guardian. 3 or more family members who have active membership will receive an additional $5 off each membership at time of purchase. Not valid with any other discount offer. Not available online, must be purchased at the facility.
