AGE MATRIX
To qualify for any age group the player's birth date must fall between the ranges listed below. Sports City allows players up to 3 years younger than the age group to play in a division. No exceptions. If players are found to be too old or too young for any given age group they will be dropped from the roster and will not be allowed to play. It is the coach's responsibility to ensure that all players are eligible to play for the age group.

Games in each division can be scheduled at either Sports City Santa Rosa or Sports City Cotati.  Location of games are to be determined by the make-up of the division.

Any game conflicts must be noted, however there are no guarantees.  One date max.

Game times can start between 4:00pm until 7:45pm in the evenings on weekdays and anytime between 7:15am-7:45pm on weekends. Whenever possible we will assign divisions based on single year age groupings. Age groups age based on the birth year matrix for the current outdoor leagues. We reserve the right to change field assignments based upon availability. Teams are allowed to play up one age group and down one division for each age group they are playing above their current age group. Players may only be 3 years of age younger than the age group they are registering for. For example, an 11 year old would be permitted to play in an U14 league.

Large field assignment is based on availability with priority to older and returning teams. Please call to verify days, times and field assignments.

Managers or coaches, please sign acknowledging you have read the Team/Player Agreement and Manager’s Agreement/Contract and you, your  team and your spectators are responsible for knowing all of Sports City’s rules, policies and procedures.
